The night was given extra meaning by the presence of Mr. Caspar Tsui, the Under Secretary for Labour and Welfare.
He emphasised the significance of fostering excellent workplace cultures in Hong Kong before presenting the awards to the 13 winning companies.
With a most original activity – “Storymap”, presented and prepared in partnership with one of the Best Practice Partners, Teamacting, they made Great Place to Work® feel closer to the journey for trust. In this creative session, attendees were divided into 3 teams using the analogy of the effort and coordination of climbing mountains and the most needed coordination with their own work teams.
