艺康集团全球执行副总裁兼大中华区总裁
Christina Kong is EVP & Market Head of the Greater China market for Ecolab Inc., a U.S. listed company (ECL) and a global leader in water, hygiene and infection prevention solutions and services that protect people and vital resources, with a history of 101 years.
In this role, Kong has leadership responsibility for Ecolab’s strategic design and execution operations in Great China.
Kong joined Ecolab in 2019 as the senior vice president and general manager of Ecolab’s Industrial Group. Prior to joining Ecolab, she had worked for Emerson Process Management (China) Co., Ltd. for 16 years, during which she held various positions including vice president and general manager in different business units and groups. Emerson is a U.S. public company (EMR) and a global enterprise that encompasses multiple business segments such as process automation and commercial solutions.
Kong received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Tsinghua University in Beijing and a master’s in Business Administration from Tsinghua–MIT.

As the Chief Operating O cer, Sunny is responsible for formulating and executing the operational strategy of SAP Labs China. She collaborates with business units and corporate functions, focusing on the Chinese market as a
strategic driver and leveraging talent development to implement SAP’s strategic goals in the region. Her e orts aim to support more Chinese enterprises in adopting intelligent operations.
In SAP’s own transformation journey, Sunny leads her team in China to enhance the e ciency and user experience of cloud and AI solution development, establishing a cutting-edge R&D organization.
Sunny has played pivotal roles in the design, development, and delivery of several core SAP products. Guided by the philosophy of “In China, for China and the world,” she has led R&D teams in co-innovating with customers to create exemplary cases. She has also championed the dissemination of best practices derived from these innovations to global markets.
