David is the Head of HR at EyeBuyDirect, bringing over 25 years of Organization, Culture Development
and Talent Management experiences across the APAC region. Before his current role, he held
key HR leadership positions at Essilor, Lloyd’s Register, and HSBC.
David’s management philosophy is simple: put people first. He believes that true HR leadership is
about building a warm, supportive community where employees feel they truly belong, even amidst
rapid business changes. Driven by this culture, EyeBuyDirect has been recognized by Great Place

Ms Amy Hong joined UOB in December 2007 and serves as the Managing Director and Head of Human
Resources (HR), UOB Greater China. She is responsible of managing HR strategy and activities of UOB China,
UOB Hong Kong branch and UOB Taipei branch.

Ms Hong is a seasoned HR professional with more than 25 years of experience in HR management in financial
sector. She is well versed in different HR work streams such as policy and procedures, compensation and
benefits, talent acquisition and retention, people development and succession planning.

Prior to joining UOB, Ms Hong assumed multiple management roles including Head of HR and Administration
of Westdeutsche Bank Shanghai Branch, Head of HR of Deutsche Bank Shanghai Branch and Head of
recruitment of Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP.

Ms Hong holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Fudan University.

洪晓燕女士于2007年12月加入大华银行,现任大华银行大中华区人力资源部主管,
负责统筹管理大华银行(中国)有限公司,大华银行香港分行以及台北分行的人力资源业务。

洪女士拥有超过25年的金融业人力资源管理从业经历,对国际化大企业的人力资源管理中的各
个环节都积累了丰富的专业知识和实操经验,包括人事管理制度、员工薪酬福利、人才吸引与挽留、
人才培养与发展,高管储备计划等。

在加入大华银行之前,洪女士并在多家金融机构担任人力资源战略及管理领域职务,包括西德
银行上海分行人力资源兼行政主管,德意志银行上海分行人力资源主管以及安永华明会计师事
务所中国区招聘部主管。

洪女士拥有复旦大学国际工商管理硕士学位。
