Jan 12, 2023 (Shanghai, China)- With the powerful validation of more than 100,000 employees, Great Place to Work® is recognizing the Best Workplaces™ in Greater China from 2022.
Considering the tough times and difficult challenges that organizations and its leadership lived together with their employees due to COVID restrictions; being able to keep a great working culture, innovative teams and profitable business is a great accomplishment. And this year it’s a whooping number of 92 great workplaces!
It is clear that leadership everywhere was confronted with seriously tough situations where the TRUST played a key role in overcoming successfully so many complications. That is the one of the many good reasons to shout to the market about the great accomplishment of these outstanding organizations.
“Adaptation to what comes ahead, tackling the consequences of tough pandemic years, plus the uncertain economic times and the evident social changes; will certainly demand top performance of soft skills from leaders everywhere” this was shared at the list release event yesterday, by Jose Bezanilla, CEO of Great Place to Work in Greater China.
Going through our global research information, what has been called new normal, where flex schemes are trending, where higher importance for purpose, D&I and ESG cultures are picking up; TRUST seems to be making the trick to drive things in the best way.
“Leaders have to learn to bet on the people trusting them ahead, implementing empowering policies and practices, where a virtuous cycle can be built and where people will respond with better engagement, work environment, innovation and contribution to the bottom line” commented Alicia Tung, COO of Greater China.
This year, Great Place to Work® surveyed more than 250 companies, out of which, the following 92 were awarded; representing more than 100,000 employees in Mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. This survey assesses employees’ perceptions of leadership, organizational culture and trust. In 2022 we registered an amazing average score of 89.3%.
